Refund policy

1. Try before you buy

Module 1 is free with an account precisely so you can judge the register, depth and assessment style of the programme before paying. We encourage you to complete it before purchasing a certificate.

2. Seven-day cooling-off

You may cancel a purchase within seven days of payment for a full refund, provided you have not submitted any timed assessment in the paid tier. Beginning the paid lessons does not forfeit the cooling-off; submitting a timed assessment does, because at that point the assessed service has been substantially performed.

3. After the cooling-off period

After seven days, or once a timed assessment in the paid tier has been submitted, purchases are non-refundable, save where the law provides otherwise or where we fail to deliver the service.

4. How to request a refund

Email [CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS] from your registered address with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Payfast, ordinarily within ten business days.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 or the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
