Perspica is operated by Nicolene Renske Steyn ("the Promoter"), acting on behalf of NRS TECH VENTURES, a company not yet incorporated, reference number 9463120280, in accordance with section 21 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008. The address for service of legal documents is Unit 3, Cedar Park, 24 Cedar Street, Bryanston, Johannesburg, 2191, South Africa.

2. Educational content only

Everything on this platform, including lessons, case files, assessments, reading guidance and correspondence, is educational material of a general nature. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, audit, regulatory, investment or other professional advice, and it is not advice on the acquisition or disposal of any financial product. Using the platform does not create an attorney and client, advisory, fiduciary or any other professional relationship with us.

3. No reliance

Course content is prepared with care, but the fields it covers, in particular artificial intelligence and its regulation, change quickly. We give no warranty that any content is accurate, complete or current at the time you read it. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk. Decisions affecting you, your finances or your institution should be taken on the advice of an appropriately qualified professional who has considered your circumstances.

4. Certificates

A Perspica certificate attests that the named holder completed the published requirements of the relevant tier. It does not confer a professional qualification, licence, designation, accreditation or right of practice, and it should not be represented as doing so.

5. Third-party material

Where the platform refers to third-party publications, standards, legislation or websites, those materials remain the responsibility of their publishers. A reference is not an endorsement, and we accept no responsibility for third-party content.

6. Liability

Our liability in connection with the platform and its content is excluded and limited as set out in clause 10 of the terms of service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Every exclusion, limitation and cap in that clause operates for the benefit of the Promoter in her personal capacity to the same extent as it operates for the benefit of the Company.
